This house in Redlands did not need much. Red brick exterior, black wrought iron fencing over a low brick wall, a wide paver driveway, and a white tiered fountain sitting in the middle of the front yard. Everything was working except the lawn. It had thinned down to dry patches and weeds, the strip along the sidewalk was buried under dead leaves, and the fountain sat in bare dirt with nothing framing it.
